The best of today's wind and tide was scheduled for the morning. Annoyingly I could only take the afternoon off work so had to head to Worthing and hope that the wind would hold. It did. Sailed non-stop for the best part of 3 hours well powered by the psychadelic superfreak 4.5 throughout. A scrappy crappy windswell provided plenty of ramps and I did my best to make the most of them. Went for loads and loads of loops by far the most in any session to date. There's definite rotation happening on each attempt now but I'm a long way off waterstarting let alone sailing away from any yet. I think I know what mistakes I'm making but it's such a disorientating manouevre it's hard to tell. Maybe it's time for some formal coaching.

Plenty more wind lined up for the weekend. At last the first consistently SW-W'ly waveboard windy spell of the year looks like it has arrived.
